During my recent stay at Waldhaus, nestled comfortably by the tranquil lake and surrounded by serene woods, I found a unique blend of both luxury and practicality, making it a worthy stop on any road trip. The hotel offers a robust range of amenities, from the convenience of a paid shuttle service for easier access to the local sights, to lovely touches like free wi-fi and a mini-bar for your downtime. The on-site restaurant caters to various dietary requirements and provides a children's menu, which is particularly considerate for families. I appreciated the outdoor terrace equipped with sun loungers, perfect for soaking in the peaceful environment. While the sauna and beach access certainly add a touch of luxury, it's good to keep in mind that these experiences come with a price that may not fit every budget.
